Responsibilities
- Walking or patrolling the grounds of the campground
- Answering questions and enforcing rules
- Ensuring the safety of guests and their belongings
- Maintaining the property and securing it
- Validating guest access and performing routine patrols
- Handling emergencies and performing on-call services
- Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Ability to use computer applications
- Collaborative team environment
- Quick and reasonable problem-solving skills
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Experience in security, law enforcement, or RV environments (beneficial)
- Valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays
Qualifications
- Ability to assess situations and resolve problems diplomatically
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
