Range Safety Officer

The Role

Your mission is to ensure every member has a safe, world-class experience. Vigilant Supervision: Maintain a rock-solid safe environment on the firing line, ensuring all safety protocols are followed with a "safety-first" mindset.

Member Concierge: Assist members with lane setups, basic firearm malfunctions, and shooting tips. You are the face of the club on the range.

Conflict De-escalation: Handle any safety violations or rule-breaking with a calm, firm, and professional demeanor. We aren't the yelling fear based type.

Range Upkeep: Help keep our world-class facilities clean, organized, and running smoothly.

Requirements

• Competitive Pay: $17.00 per hour to start.

Qualifications

• Seasoned Pro: Years (or decades) of shooting experience, command presence, friendly heart, and passion for mentoring.
• The Disciplined Newcomer: 100% reliability, eagerness to learn, and serious commitment to safety.
• Safety Expert: NRA RSO certification or military/LEO background (certification provided).
