Randolph Hiring Event - Machine Operators, Packaging Tech & Formulators

About the Role

We are hosting an onsite hiring event for open Machine Operators (1st & 3rd shift), Formulators, and Packaging Technicians. This role follows an onsite model to accommodate business needs while maintaining team collaboration.

Event Details

• When: Tuesday, September 1, 10:00pm – 2:00pm
• Location: 110 Hopkins Drive, Randolph, WI
• Parking: Please park in front of the building in designated area.
• Shift Times:
  • 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6am–6pm
  • 3rd Shift: Sunday–Wednesday, 6pm–6am
• Pay: Starting at $21+/hr

Machine Operator – Responsibilities

• Operate automated equipment to manufacture, assemble, or move parts/kits/products in a clean food-safety environment according to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Inspect parts/kits/products for accuracy; may work at different stations to ensure quality.
• Maintain equipment and facilities; perform preventative maintenance on specialized and advanced equipment.
• Follow Standard Manufacturing Procedures (SMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Follow ISO guidelines and Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP) with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Participate in troubleshooting product failures and product/process improvement efforts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas using lean processes and 5S.
• Operate, maintain, and calibrate basic equipment as needed.
• Adhere to all safety rules, including PPE, proper equipment use, and material disposal.
• Plan and execute preparatory processes for scheduled manufacturing duties in advance.
• Participate in product transfers from R&D or Manufacturability Support to Manufacturing.
• Propose document updates and improvements.
• Perform repetitive tasks for extended periods while maintaining attention to detail.
• Continually monitor machines to ensure proper function.
• Assist with supply management and physical inventories as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
• Comply with and promote all corporate handbook policies, corporate/departmental goals, and productivity/quality/behavior expectations.

Machine Operator – Qualifications

Education and Experience: High school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination. A minimum tenure of 1 year in the Machine Operator I position is required before consideration for promotion to Machine Operator II.

Machine Operator – Skills & Competencies

Formulator – Responsibilities

• Manufacture products according to approved formulas.
• Maintain accurate batch records and all required paperwork.
• Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and barrel handlers.
• Assist with warehouse organization and inventory control.
• Thoroughly clean manufacturing equipment after each production run.
• Check all equipment for maintenance issues and cleanliness before starting a new product.
• Gain a good understanding of equipment needed to mix products per formulation.

Formulator – Requirements

• Stamina to work 12‑hour shifts (3.5 days per week) and overtime as needed on Thursdays and/or Fridays.
• Report to work daily and on‑time for scheduled shifts.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Committed to working and communicating in a team environment.
• Must effectively communicate by speaking, reading, and understanding written English, and write legibly in English.
• High school diploma, GED equivalent, or applicable manufacturing experience.
• Preference for candidates with 6+ months of experience in a food/feed manufacturing facility and experience with blending or packaging equipment.

Packaging Technician – Responsibilities

• Fill and package liquid and dry manufactured products.
• Help set up liquid and dry packaging lines for production needs.
• Label and palletize manufactured products.
• Clean production equipment as needed.
• Record data and information as requested by supervisor (including time tracking).

Packaging Technician – Requirements

• High school diploma, GED equivalent, or applicable manufacturing experience.
• Preference for candidates with 6+ months of experience in a food/feed manufacturing facility and experience with blending or packaging equipment.
