Ranch Sales and Marketing Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

• Craft and deploy high-impact social media strategies to increase audience engagement and community growth
• Optimize website performance and e-commerce operations to improve user journey and maximize checkout conversion rates
• Design multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness
• Grow and develop strategic partnerships
• Develop and monitor performance KPIs to monitor sales growth, and ROI of marketing activities via Google Analytics
• Manage and support Ranch events and customer experience
• Provide planning, and both on-site and off-site support for customer events
• Provide hands-on support during events, including facilities preparation, hospitality, and cleanup
• Cookordination or perform tasks associated with events, which may include supply pickup, facilitating guest transportation or other related needs

Recommended Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing and strategy, and e-commerce platforms
• Experience developing custom events for a broad range of clients, up to and including C-suite personnel and executives
• Hands-on ranch or farm experience
• Project management skills
• Strong communication skills
• A self-starter with resourceful thinking, and a willingness to do some manual labor

Working Conditions

• Ranching Environment with on-site lodging and guest facilities
• Local travel as needed for support of ranch operations and hospitality duties – expectation is 20%
