Ranch Hand Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift

About the role

Lippert is relocating its RANCH HAND Shiner and Beeville, TX locations to Seguin, TX. The role will initially be based in Shiner, TX with a targeted relocation date of September 2026.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform maintenance tasks using basic hand tools and basic power tools
• Experience with machine shop equipment preferred
• Ability to weld or experience with metal fabrication preferred
• Diagnose and resolve issues with production welders, torches, saws, and metal finishing equipment in a timely manner
• Install and maintain production hoists in a timely manner
• Diagnose and resolve issues with overhead roll doors throughout the facility
• Diagnose, maintain, and resolve issues with other operations/production equipment, as directed
• Safely and proficiently operate fork trucks and aerial lifts
• Safely and proficiently perform maintenance electrical tasks, including troubleshooting and movement of circuits
• Safely and proficiently perform maintenance mechanical tasks, including troubleshooting and rebuild
• Demonstrate good housekeeping practices and implement/sustain 5S standards
• Show basic computer, reading, writing, communication skills, and the ability to read/interpret manuals and technical drawings
• Demonstrate motivation, organization, and self-starter qualities to execute work from daily schedule

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience/Education in machine operation and repair

Welding competency and knowledge of welding systems

Qualifications

Travel assistance will be available to Team Members if needed
