The Ramp Supervisor at Hallandale Beach Club is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the ramp area, ensuring safety and compliance with all policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ramp operations to ensure smooth traffic flow and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all vehicles are properly loaded and unloaded in a safe manner.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding ramp services.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or supervisory role.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
