Responsibilities
- Assist with customer service issues.
- Assist passengers with special needs.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts.
- Receive, process, store and load or unload cargo.
- Process inbound and outbound mail shipments.
- Process various reports and computer data input.
- Interface with customers in person, by email, or over the phone.
- Complete other duties as required by management.
Requirements
- Interact with customers in a friendly and positive manner.
- Perform basic computer functions and operations.
- Lift 70 pounds.
- Operate telephone, email, and internal based programs.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts.
- Produce effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Use Microsoft Office with ability to learn and master new computer programs.
- Work shifts that include nights and weekends.
- Pass a 10-year background check and work in the US.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Forklift certification preferred but not required.
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lift 70 pounds.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Basic computer skills.
