Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals with a focus on customer-centric decisions.
• Support company initiatives and participate in team training to achieve business results.
• Utilize "More Ways to Shop" and new technologies to enhance sales and customer experience.
• Represent and uphold Ralph Lauren’s brand expectations and core values.
• Foster a collaborative environment centered on the customer.
• Build clientele through networking and provide ongoing feedback to management on successes and opportunities.
• Strengthen customer connectivity by supporting alternative purchasing processes (e.g., Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home).
• Enhance product discovery through digital tools like QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores.
• Provide feedback to management on category opportunities or needs.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times.

Requirements

• Retail experience or similar industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing rooms, and cash wrap; lift/climb up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to operate a register and stand, move, or walk for extended periods.

Flexible schedule required to meet business needs, including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts or travel.
