Responsibilities
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals with a focus on customer-centric decisions.
- Support company initiatives and participate in team training to execute business results.
- Utilize "More Ways to Shop" and new technology to enhance business outcomes.
- Represent and uphold Ralph Lauren’s customer experience and brand expectations.
- Champion Ralph Lauren’s core values and support a collaborative, customer-focused environment.
- Engage in networking to build a clientele and provide ongoing feedback to management on successes and opportunities.
- Strengthen customer connectivity through alternative purchasing processes (e.g., Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home).
- Broaden customer accessibility to product discovery using tools like QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores.
- Provide feedback to management on category opportunities or needs.
- Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times.
Requirements
- Retail experience or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.
- Physical ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing rooms, cash wrap, and office; work with chemicals; lift/climb up to 30 lbs.; and stand, move, or walk for multiple hours.
- Ability to operate a register and work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel as required.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
