About the Role
As a Field Services Response Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of your team, adhering to environmental regulations, setting and achieving goals, leading the response team, communicating effectively, managing business growth, creating and monitoring schedules, and handling on-site incidents and emergencies.
Responsibilities
- Ensure Health and Safety of the Workforce
- Demonstrate a Working Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local Environmental Regulations/Laws
- Set and Carry Out Obtainable Goals
- Proper Staffing and Leadership
- Effective Communication with Personnel and Clients
- Business Growth
- Assist in Providing Solutions to Complex Situations
- Create and Monitor Schedules for Each Worker
- Perform, Complete, or Oversee Internal Company Documentation and Project Documentation
- Brief Crew Members on Daily Tasks
- Handle Onsite Incidents and Emergencies Proactively
- Create and Maintain Positive Working Relationships with Vendors and Suppliers
- Ensure Timely Procurement of Supplies and Materials
Requirements
- 5 Years of Environmental Project Experience with Increasing Responsibility
- Excellent References
- Demonstrated Ability to Perform Daily Functions
Qualifications
- Environmental Experience
- Hazardous Waste Experience and Certification (OSHA 40hr HAZWOPER)
- CDL and Heavy Equipment Operation/Maintenance Experience
