RAISE28 Executive Director

RAISE28, a Christian youth services organization, is seeking a mission-driven, relational, andstrategic Executive Director to lead the organization into its next season of ministry and communityimpact. Founded in 1982, RAISE28 strives to reach local youth with the life-changing Gospel ofJesus Christ. As the primary ambassador for RAISE28, the Executive Director will provide overall leadership forRAISE28, working closely with the Board of Directors to advance the organization's mission. Thisincludes, but is not limited to cultivating community and donor relationships, securing and managingthe financial resources needed to sustain long-term operational sustainability and growth, leadingand developing the RAISE28 team while collaboratively strengthening youth programming,overseeing financial and organizational health, and ensuring the ministry operates with excellenceand integrity. QualificationsRequired• A personal and active relationship with Jesus Christ and involved in a local church• Full alignment with the mission, vision, and values of RAISE28 and passion for youth/childrenministry.• Demonstrates leadership and strong relationship-building skills with management, ministry,nonprofit, or related professional experience.• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills• Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage and execute onmultiple priorities• Comfortable using common workplace technology and digital communication tools. Preferred• Master's degree.• Experience in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, donor development, or grant management.• Experience in youth programming and program development.• Knowledge of marketing, communications, branding, and community engagement strategies.• Experience leading multicultural and multi-generational teams.
