Responsibilities
- Perform specific job functions as they relate to work orders
- Be conversant with relevant work techniques
- Ensure operational safety of all equipment
- Aid other technicians as required
- Manage the safety of crews engaged in rope access activities
- Organize work functions specific to rope access jobs
- Supervise crews engaged in performing a broad range of technical and/or industrial services at heights
Requirements
- IRATA or SPRAT Level I Certification required including proficiency in theoretical knowledge, equipment and rigging, maneuvers, climbing and rescue/hauling
- Valid drivers’ license preferred
- Required certification levels for specific projects
- Mechanical industrial experience
- Industrial refinery experience
- Preferred NCCER certification (Trained Individual)
Qualifications
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
- Preferred craft backgrounds: Insulators, Painters, Blasters, Welders, Boilermakers, Pipefitters, Electricians
Skills
- Ability to work safely in refinery, petrochemical, power generation, and industrial environments
