Railroad Project Manager

About the role

Lead a team of professionals in the design and implementation of sustainable infrastructure solutions. Oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with environmental standards and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, and timelines.
• Collaborate with clients to define project requirements and objectives.
• Conduct feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments.
• Supervise the technical aspects of projects, including design, construction, and maintenance phases.
• Ensure all projects adhere to sustainability guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Manage client relationships and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and services necessary for project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sustainable infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record in leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project).
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices.
• Fluency in English.

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
