Responsibilities

• Maintain safety protocols and direct traffic at railroad crossings.
• Monitor train movements and report any issues to supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state railroad safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with railroad employees and the public.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or related field.
• Knowledge of railroad safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual labor.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
