Responsibilities

• Direct traffic at railroad crossings
• Maintain safety protocols and emergency response plans
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations
• Communicate effectively with train operators and local authorities
• Perform routine inspections of railroad equipment and infrastructure

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of railroad operations and safety standards
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
• Pass a background check and drug screening

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Previous experience working with hazardous materials
• Strong communication and leadership skills
