Responsibilities

• Maintain safety at all times by enforcing strict adherence to safety guidelines and procedures.
• Monitor and direct train movements to prevent collisions and accidents.
• Ensure all workers are trained and certified in safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with railroad management and other departments to coordinate operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 2 years of experience in railroad operations or related field.
• Knowledge of federal and state railroad safety regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
