RAILROAD CONTRACTING LABORER

Duties and/or Responsibilities

• Follow direction and accomplish assigned tasks within time standards with minimal supervision
• Use a variety of tools safely and proficiently, including, but not limited to pneumatic and hydraulic tools, grinders, jacks, cutting torches, general hand tools and drills
• Aid team members with completing their tasks, varying by the tasks at hand
• Learn, comprehend, and apply all new hire, safety, and on-the-job training
• Learn, comprehend, and apply FRA and company requirements
• Interact professionally with crew members and management in a team environment
• Comply with all safety policies
• Ensure Track Machines are kept in good quality
• Other duties may be assigned

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Must be able to qualify as a valid worker under FRA standards
