Duties and/or Responsibilities
- Follow direction and accomplish assigned tasks within time standards with minimal supervision
- Use a variety of tools safely and proficiently, including, but not limited to pneumatic and hydraulic tools, grinders, jacks, cutting torches, general hand tools and drills
- Aid team members with completing their tasks, varying by the tasks at hand
- Learn, comprehend, and apply all new hire, safety, and on-the-job training
- Learn, comprehend, and apply FRA and company requirements
- Interact professionally with crew members and management in a team environment
- Comply with all safety policies
- Ensure Track Machines are kept in good quality
- Other duties may be assigned
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to qualify as a valid worker under FRA standards
