- Real-Time Digital Monitoring: Use advanced control systems with real-time GPS and automation tools to monitor and manage train movements, ensuring accurate scheduling and avoiding delays.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Apply big data analytics to predict issues, optimize schedules, and adjust operations based on real-time conditions, enhancing overall efficiency.
- Smart Safety Systems: Implement technologies to monitor rail infrastructure and train conditions, ensuring safety and immediate alerts for any abnormalities.
- Personnel Supervision and Training: Supervise staff, manage associated administration, and coordinate on-the-job training for loco crews, ensuring adherence to quality control standards and efficient record-keeping.
