Radiology Technologist - PRN

About the role

Perform general imaging procedures to aid in diagnosis and treatment for adult and pediatric patients. This PRN role is non-benefits eligible, with multiple site locations available for additional shifts. The department focuses on specialized diagnostic imaging and image-guided therapies, emphasizing patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and equipment for imaging procedures, ensuring clear communication and excellent customer service.
• Conduct radiographic examinations independently, including portable and on-call procedures.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent from a trade school.
• Licenses: IEMA (Illinois only, excluding MRI), Radiology Technologist - Registered.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Less than 2 years of experience.
• Preferred: CPR certification.

• Ability to perform imaging independently.
