About the Role

Provide specialized radiology assistance in the Interventional Radiology (IR) and Cath Lab, including fluoroscopy, scrub, and monitor roles. Operate imaging equipment such as fixed fluoroscopy, portable ultrasound, and IVUS. Ensure patient safety and quality care during procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Provide specialized radiology assistance in IR and Cath Lab settings.
  • Perform fluoroscopy, scrub, and monitor roles during procedures.
  • Operate fixed fluoroscopy, portable ultrasound, and IVUS equipment.
  • Ensure patient safety and deliver high-quality care.

Requirements

  • Valid Oregon (OR) radiology license.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IR or Cath Lab.
  • Familiarity with imaging and monitor roles.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
  • ARRT – RT(R) certification.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Science or Medical Imaging.
  • Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification.
  • NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Minimum 3 years of IR or Cath Lab experience.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of imaging procedures and equipment operation.
  • Proficiency in patient monitoring during clinical procedures.
  • Teamwork and collaboration in a fast-paced clinical setting.
  • Experience with Epic EMR system.
  • Familiarity with fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and IVUS equipment.

Pay

Estimated at $2,191 weekly for travel roles, based on experience.
