Radiology Technologist, Intern, PRN, Baptist Beaches

Responsibilities

• Assists the Radiology Technical staff by transporting patients, handling cassettes, and obtaining patient records.
• Graduates from an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology and works in all aspects of x-ray (Emergency Department, Portable, Fluoroscopy, and Operating Room).
• Undergoes training and assumes a more hands-on technical role, performing diagnostic exams under the direct guidance of a registered technical professional.
• Ensures compliance with mandatory education and health requirements.
• Must commit to a minimum of one year in X-ray as a technologist post-licensure, unless planning to transition to another modality.
• The position is located at Wolfson Children's Hospital.

Requirements

• Enrolled in an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology.
