Radiology Technologist II

About the role

Perform diagnostic imaging procedures such as X-rays, CT scans, mammography, bone density, ultrasound, and special procedures following department protocols.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for patients' imaging needs
• Participate in performance improvement and quality control activities
• Oversee radiology operations in the absence of management
• Maintain supplies and equipment
• Promote teamwork and customer service
• Manage image processing and transmission to PACS

Requirements

• State licensure and fluoroscopy permit as per state laws
• National certifications in at least two modalities
• Current BCLS certification
• Familiarity with state and federal regulations
• Proficiency in computer skills
• One year of acute clinical radiography experience (preferred)

Schedule

Part-time position with variable shifts.
