Radiology Technologist (Days) - No Weekends or Call

Role Overview

This position involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures, primarily in CT, on adult and pediatric patients for diagnosis and treatment. The technologist will prepare patients and equipment, execute studies independently and during on-call situations, and oversee shift operations including workflow and assignments.

Responsibilities

• Preparing patients and equipment for procedures
• Performing studies independently, including portable exams
• Managing daily shift operations and troubleshooting technical issues
• Serving as a clinical resource and mentor for staff and students
• Communicating effectively with the team and maintaining supplies

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate degree or Trade School equivalency
• Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R))
• 2-5 years of experience; preferred 5-10 years
• Licenses such as RTR, CT, MR, and others as applicable
• Strong problem-solving, mentorship, and communication skills
