About the role
Join a mission-driven organization as a Radiology Technologist, providing diagnostic imaging services with compassion and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Operate MRI and radiographic equipment to produce clinical diagnostic images as directed by physicians.
- Prepare patients, position them, and administer IV contrast media when needed.
- Ensure procedures adhere to established standards, coordinate schedules, and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with staff and student training, and support quality assurance efforts.
- Consult with medical staff regarding exam protocols and patient safety.
- Utilize PACS, RIS, HIS, and EMR systems, and perform clerical duties related to imaging.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- ARRT certification in Radiography and MRI (or within specified timelines).
- Less than 1 year of relevant experience; preferred 1-3 years in MRI.
- Ability to communicate effectively, maintain confidentiality, and work in a team environment.
Schedule
Work rotating shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
