About the role
We are seeking an MRI Technologist to join our growing team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on a state-of-the-art mobile scanner while serving local and diverse communities. You’ll build lasting relationships with various healthcare facilities and become a key member of our team.
Responsibilities
- Competently perform MRI imaging procedures in accordance with accepted standards of practice, including administering contrast agents (under the guidance and approval of the site Radiologist).
- Review and complete patient screening forms and properly explain the procedure to the patient.
- Maintain excellent patient care, comfort, safety, and confidentiality.
- Maintain technical competency through continuing education.
- Produce quality special imaging with limited supervision.
- Interact in a responsible, professional, and ethical manner.
Requirements
- ARRT (R) or ARMRIT registered.
- ARRT (MR) registered preferred.
- Successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check, urine drug screen, and physical.
Schedule
- Tuesday mornings.
- Occasional Wednesday mornings possible.
