About the role

The Radiology Technologist position at Capecod Orthopedic Hospital is responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using various modalities such as X-ray, CT, MRI, and Ultrasound. The role requires excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures accurately and efficiently
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
• Document patient information and procedure details accurately
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain equipment and ensure its proper functioning

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist from a recognized institution
• Experience in a hospital or clinic setting preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
• Current state license as a Radiologic Technologist
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
• Proficiency in computer systems and imaging software

Pay

$50,000 - $60,000 annually based on experience
