About the role

Radiology Technologist in an urgent care setting, providing diagnostic imaging services.

Responsibilities

  • Perform radiographic exams adhering to protocols and standards
  • Ensure patient safety during imaging procedures
  • Review and document images for accuracy and quality
  • Collaborate with care teams to support patient diagnosis and treatment
  • Operate and maintain radiology equipment effectively
  • Maintain safety practices and support efficient workflow using radiology systems

Requirements

  • ARRT certification
  • State license (if applicable)
  • BLS certification
  • Medical Assistant competencies (preferred)

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience, especially in high-volume or urgent care environments
  • IV certification (preferred)

Skills

  • Strong technical imaging skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Effective communication
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements

  • Visual acuity and manual dexterity
  • Ability to lift and transport patients
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Navigating busy clinical spaces
