Job Summary
Performs radiographic procedures to patients in accordance with departmental policy. Provides a variety of technical exams that require independent judgement to apply ionized radiation for radiologic diagnoses. Responsible for on-call procedures when indicated. Must be able to do surgery cases and pain management.
Qualifications
- SPECIAL SKILLS: Good verbal communication skills necessary to understand oral and written instructions stated in radiological and medical terms and to exchange information with patients and staff.
- Minimum Requirements- Education: Completion of JRCERT approved formal program in Radiologic Technology.
- Certifications: Current American Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) and Certified Radiology Tech (CRT), CPR.
- Preferred Requirements- Experience: Minimum six-(6) months clinical experience.
