Role Overview Seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging exams using specialized equipment, collaborating closely with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare teams to deliver high-quality results. The role involves maintaining competency in clinical and technical functions, ensuring proper patient identification, preparing patients for exams, and reviewing images for quality and accuracy. The technologist adheres to radiation safety protocols, completes studies efficiently without compromising care, and provides patient education and comfort. Responsibilities include operating imaging equipment, maintaining accurate records, following protocols for medical necessity and reporting, and assisting in training fellow staff and students. Qualifications & Skills ARRT(R) certification and state radiologic technologist licenseBasic Life Support (BLS) certificationPreferred: 1-2 years radiology experience and IV CertificationStrong patient care skills, manual dexterity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentPhysical stamina for lifting, standing, and maneuvering patients and equipment Key Duties Perform diagnostic imaging exams per department protocolsEnsure image quality, safety, and patient comfortMaintain documentation and follow safety and quality standardsSupport clinical team and contribute to quality care delivery
