Radiology Tech Lead

About the role

The Radiology Tech Lead oversees the daily workflow, develops schedules, and acts as a subject matter expert for their units. They develop and lead staff to be personally accountable for the organizational mission, core values, and success. They ensure appropriate orientation for new employees to the unit and assure current standards of practice for the unit.

Requirements

• Associate Degree Preferred
• Bachelor Degree Preferred
• 1 year of related experience required
• 3 years of imaging experience strongly preferred
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Required
• Basic Life Support - American Heart Association - Required

Qualifications

• Current Registered Technologist, Radiology – R.T. (R) (ARRT)

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Knowledge of imaging equipment and procedures

Pay

$30.57 - $51.49 /hour
