Radiology Tech II - Mammographer

About the Role

Under the direction of a board-certified radiologist, performs Mammography, CT, and radiographic procedures of various complexities on infant, child, adolescent, adult, and later adult patients. Ensures the production of quality images of all appropriate anatomical structures for interpretation by the responsible radiologist.

Responsibilities

• Provides screening and diagnostic mammograms and other mammographic procedures to a variety of patients in an outpatient facility.
• Performs radiographic procedures of various complexities on patients of all ages, ensuring quality images for radiologist interpretation.

Requirements

• Graduate of a recognized program in Radiologic Technology (Associate Degree preferred).
• Licensure: Radiographer, ARRT: Mammography and Radiologic Technologist.
• Certification: BLS.

Schedule

2 days per week, 8-hour day shifts at Enfield Outpatient Center.
