We need to parse the posting.
Content:
First paragraph: "The Dual-modality Radiology Technologist delivers high quality CT and X-Ray exams to assist in diagnosis or treatment. Independently performs CT and X-Ray procedures, producing images for the interpretation by or at the request of a licensed practitioner. This role supports outpatient and inpatient settings with a variable schedule."
That's about the role. So we can have About the role
with
containing that. Next: "Required Minimum Qualifications:" then list: Graduate of CAHEA accredited Radiology program or equivalent, documented competencies in Radiology and CT, Montana Licensure (Radiologic Technologist), ARRT advanced certification in CT, Current AHA BLS certification, Two (2) years of previous radiology experience, Preferred Associate or Bachelor’s degree in health care related studies. That's qualifications. Could be under Requirements or Qualifications. We have both sections possible. We'll decide: maybe "Qualifications" for the required minimum qualifications and preferred education. "Requirements" maybe for essential job functions? But essential job functions are listed later under "Essential Job Functions". That could be Responsibilities. We have "Essential Job Functions" list: Perform quality CT and X-Ray/fluoroscopic exams as requested; Operates with limited supervision; Assists medical staff in other departments; Performs ancillary duties; Completes documentation; Retrieves written orders; Other related duties. That's responsibilities. Then "Knowledge, Skills And Abilities" list: Demonstrate sound judgment, patience, professional demeanor; Exercise tact, discretion, sensitivity, confidentiality; Perform essential job functions successfully in fast-paced environment; Learn current and new computer applications and office equipment; Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; Analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines; Demonstrate the Bozeman Health SPIRIT values. That's Skills. Then "Schedule Requirements": This role requires regular and sustained attendance; may necessitate working beyond standard 40-hour workweek, including weekends and after-hours; On-call work may be required. That's Schedule. Physical Requirements etc. That's not a section we have headings for; but we could maybe include under "Requirements"? However the instruction says only use those specific headings. We could include physical requirements under a generic "Requirements" section? But we already have Qualifications and Skills. Perhaps we can put physical requirements under "Requirements" as they are job requirements. But we need to decide if we have enough content for a "Requirements" section. The posting includes "Required Minimum Qualifications" and also "Physical Requirements". So we could have a "Requirements" section that includes physical requirements and maybe other mandatory items like licensure etc. But we already used qualifications for licensure etc. Might be overlapping. Better to follow the headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have content for About the role, Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions), Qualifications (Required Minimum Qualifications + Preferred degree), Skills (Knowledge, Skills And Abilities), Schedule (Schedule Requirements). We have no explicit Benefits or Pay info. So we omit those sections. We also have "Physical Requirements" which could go under Requirements (maybe as a subsection). We'll include Requirements section with physical requirements list. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. We must use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. The posting didn't have that. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:
