Radiology / Limited License X-Ray Technologist

Washington Regional Urgent Care is seeking an ARRT Radiology / Limited License X-Ray Technologist to deliver high-quality imaging and patient care in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

About the role

In this role, you will perform digital X-rays, verify orders, follow radiation safety standards, and ensure accurate documentation in the EMR. You’ll also support clinical workflows with basic patient care tasks, collaborate with providers and nurses, and help maintain a clean, efficient, and patient-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform digital X-ray imaging in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
• Verify imaging orders for accuracy and completeness prior to performing procedures.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards to protect patients, staff, and self.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of imaging procedures in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Assist with basic patient care tasks, such as positioning patients and providing comfort measures.
• Collaborate with providers, nurses, and other clinical staff to support efficient workflows.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe imaging environment.

Requirements

• Current ARRT certification in Radiology or Limited License X-Ray Technologist certification.
• Experience performing digital X-rays in a clinical or urgent care setting.
• Knowledge of radiation safety protocols and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) for documentation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
