About the role
We are seeking experienced ARRT Radiology or Limited License X-Ray Technicians to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic radiology procedures, including body mechanics and patient movement, utilizing knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
- Operate imaging equipment, develop films, and prepare exam rooms with necessary supplies.
- Assist with patient intake, including vital signs, medical history, and patient transfers.
- Ensure patient safety through proper radiation protection and shielding techniques.
- Follow clinical and regulatory procedures, maintaining equipment and reporting malfunctions.
- Complete required documentation related to patient visits and procedures.
- Maintain current licensure and certifications, and seek ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- BLS Certification
- AR State X-Ray License
- ARRT Certification preferred
- Experience as a Medical Assistant is a plus
