Responsibilities

• Utilize state of the art CT, MRI, ultrasound, and angiographic technology to deliver cutting edge, patient-centered care in partnership with the renowned UPMC Hamot Hilman Cancer Center.
• Primarily perform Interventional Radiology procedures with some rotations into Diagnostic Radiology.
• Cover the ED list when assigned.
• Perform a wide range of interventional procedures including but not limited to: Angiography, angioplasty, bone marrow biopsy, embolization, IVC filters, GAE, TACE, ablation, mediport placement, biliary/nephrostomy drainage, feeding tube insertion, kyphoplasty, vertebroplasty, nerve blocks, epidural injections, stroke treatment, aneurysm/AVM repair, spinal fracture intervention, paracentesis, thoracentesis, etc.
• Assist with weekday evening coverage 1:4 and weekend coverage 1:4.

Requirements

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
• American Board Eligible, American Board Certified or Canadian Board Certified in Interventional Radiology, with strong proficiency in cross-sectional imaging and the ability to perform a broad range of general radiology procedures.
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License and necessary credentials.
• DEA certification.

Pay

• Sign-On Bonus: $100,000 for this full-time, onsite position.
• Competitive Base Salary with the opportunity to earn additional productivity incentives.
