About the role
The Vascular & Interventional Radiology Program at SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital (SLU) is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Vascular and Interventional Radiologist to join a pioneering and rapidly expanding department. This role offers an opportunity to be part of a young, dynamic team that is reshaping vascular and interventional radiology in a private-academic hybrid model.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a comprehensive vascular IR and interventional oncology program
- Perform advanced PAD interventions, deep vein thrombectomy, complex venous reconstructions, dialysis access and complex fistula interventions
- Conduct Y-90 radioembolization and tumor ablation, portal vein and biliary interventions
- Lead multidisciplinary clinics and tumor boards
- Engage in research and education, contributing to the future of the specialty
Requirements
- Board-eligible or board-certified Vascular and Interventional Radiologist
- Experience in complex vascular and interventional oncology procedures
- Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient-centered care
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Current license to practice medicine in the state of Missouri
- Completion of accredited Vascular and Interventional Radiology residency program

Pay
$497,000 - $590,000 annually for Assistant Professors, $578,000 - $665,000 annually for Associate Professors, including base salary, add-on pay, bonuses, and CME.
