Radiology Intern

Essential Functions/Performance Expectations

• Transport patients to and from the department
• Afford assistance in accomplishing the patient’s imaging examination
• Complete appropriate documentation for the patient’s imaging examination or transportation to and from the department
• Position and prepare equipment for imaging examination; depending upon student’s level of training

Education And Experience

• Must be a high school graduate
• Enrolled in an Accredited Radiology or Sonography Program

Physical Requirements

• Stand, walk, sit, stoop, reach, lift, see, speak and hear
• Lifting is limited to 35 lbs. for clinical staff and to 50 lbs. for non-clinical staff
