About the Role
A Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist performs high-quality nuclear medicine imaging procedures in a collaborative radiology environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure patient safety, radiation compliance, and accurate diagnostic imaging
- Operate nuclear medicine equipment
- Prepare and administer radioactive isotopes
- Maintain radiation safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with patients and the radiology team
Requirements
- Graduate from an AMA-approved School of Nuclear Medicine
- ARRT or NMTCB registration
- Active BLS certification
- Experience in diagnostic nuclear medicine studies
- Strong understanding of radiation safety and imaging protocols
- Excellent patient care and communication skills
