About the role

Responsibilities

• Reviews patient history and physician's orders.
• Educates patient regarding procedures, equipment and exam to ensure patient's understanding and cooperation.
• Aid with imaging exams in multiple modalities.
• Perform various clerical duties and assist with diagnostic exams.
• Prepare Equipment and Supplies.
• Transport patients.

Requirements

• 2nd year student of a Program of Discipline.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Radiation Operator license through the state Board of Radiology within 12 months of graduation.
