Radiology Director

The Director of Radiology oversees the strategic, operational, and financial aspects of a multi-site imaging services enterprise, including Diagnostic Radiology, CT, Ultrasound, Interventional Radiology, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, PET, Echo Lab, and off-site locations. They drive innovation, operational excellence, and service line growth while ensuring patient care, quality outcomes, employee engagement, and regulatory compliance . Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer , they collaborate with hospital and physician leaders to support organizational priorities and maximize departmental contributions. Key responsibilities include planning, human and financial resource management, and service improvement through evaluating customer needs, implementing improvement plans, and enhancing service quality. They lead staff management, budget control, and customer satisfaction initiatives . The role requires a minimum of 5-7 years management experience and ARRT registration in radiology. Excellent leadership, operational assessment, communication, and financial management skills are essential for success in this role.
