Radiology Advanced Technologist – MSK Special Procedures & IR Neuro

Role Overview This position involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures in advanced modalities such as MSK, Neuro Interventional Radiology, CT, MRI, and other specialized areas. The technologist prepares patients and equipment, operates imaging tools, and assists physicians during image-guided procedures. The role requires working in a fast-paced environment, supporting emergent cases, and participating in on-call rotations for neuro IR procedures. Opportunities include gaining experience across multiple service lines with exposure to minimally invasive techniques and cutting-edge technology. Responsibilities Support both MSK and Neuro Interventional proceduresOperate fluoroscopy and imaging equipmentMaintain sterile fields and assist during proceduresParticipate in on-call coverage and respond to emergent casesPrepare patients and equipment for imaging studies Qualifications & Skills Associate degree or higher in a related fieldCertification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R))Preferred experience in Interventional Radiology, Cath Lab, or Neuro IRKnowledge of fluoroscopy, sterile techniques, and image-guided proceduresLicenses such as IEMA (Illinois), RTR, CT, MR, or others depending on modalityStrong procedural imaging background; training provided for qualified candidatesExperience with advanced imaging modalities is a plus Key Skills: technical proficiency, ability to work in a dynamic environment, teamwork, adaptability, and patient care focus.
