About the Role

Shields Radiology Associates (SRA) is seeking multiple Radiologists to join a collegial, high-performing MRI-only practice serving multiple outpatient locations across New England.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid or remote options available
• Compensation: ~$450K–$600K+ (productivity-based)
• Light call; no overnight responsibilities
• Generous time off: ~9 weeks annually
• MRI-only practice with advanced, top-tier technology
• Flexible scheduling: full-time and part-time roles
• Practice Overview: Established group of ~13 radiologists, dedicated to delivering high-quality, subspecialty MRI care, subspecialties needed: Body, MSK, and Neuro, strong infrastructure with robust IT systems and experienced support staff

Qualifications

• American Board of Radiology (ABR) certified or eligible
• Fellowship training preferred
• Massachusetts licensed or license-eligible
