Advanced Radiology, SC (ARSC) is a 23-physician, partially sub-specialized radiology group with over 30 years of experience serving patients across the Midwest. Headquartered in the Iowa/Illinois Quad Cities region, we staff multiple hospitals, clinics, and imaging centers throughout the Quad Cities, Southeast Iowa, Dubuque, Iowa, Southwest Wisconsin, and surrounding areas. We are seeking a General Diagnostic Radiologist to join our dynamic, growing team as a partnership-tracked position.
About the role
This hybrid position offers multiple schedule and shift options, including remote evening and weekend shifts. Partners enjoy a 4-day workweek and a clean-list culture. The ideal candidate will be proficient in reading a full range of diagnostic radiology, including Body Imaging, Musculoskeletal, Neuroradiology, and Nuclear Medicine, and will perform light interventional procedures. Mammography reading ability is preferred but not required. All opportunities provide flexible work shifts and extensive time off.
Responsibilities
- Shift Hours: 3:30 PM – 11:00 PM CT; 7 days on / 21 days off
- No overnight coverage required (11 PM – 7 AM CST covered by a 3rd party)

Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy
- Board certified/eligible by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology, or Board certified in Diagnostic Radiology
- Fellowship training in any subspecialty preferred but not required
- MQSA certification preferred but not required
- Must hold or be able to obtain Iowa, Illinois, and Wisconsin medical licenses

Pay
The salary range for this position is $400,000 - $450,000, with final determinations based on education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
