About the role

The Southeast Permanente Medical Group (TSPMG) is a physician-owned, multi-specialty medical group serving Kaiser Permanente members in the Atlanta area. We are seeking a full- or part-time BE/BC radiologist to join our team of 20 semi-specialized radiologists and 3 physician assistants. Our primary goal is to recruit colleagues with strong interpersonal skills who are motivated to provide patient-centered care. An ideal candidate would have experience in diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound and ultrasound-guided procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting
  • Perform musculoskeletal ultrasounds and related procedures
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and education
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the musculoskeletal section

Requirements

  • MD or DO degree with board certification or eligibility in Radiology (ABR)
  • Completed MSK fellowship (if applicable)
  • Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Georgia

Pay

Compensation is fixed to start and transitions to a pay-for-performance model within 1-2 years. All radiologists are placed on the shareholder track.

Schedule

  • Full-time radiologists average 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) per month
  • Compensatory weekdays off for weekend shifts
  • Weekday shifts are modality/subspecialty oriented; evening and weekend shifts are general
