Work Schedule

No evening or weekends! Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

Who Are We Looking For?

Passionate Radiologists: Whether you're a seasoned professional or just starting your career, we welcome all levels of experience. This is a dedicated full-time breast imaging radiologist position.

Position Highlights

  • Analyze and interpret general imaging studies across multiple modalities (X-ray, MRI, CT, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, etc.).
  • Provide detailed diagnostic reports and communicate findings to referring physicians.
  • Assist physicians and other healthcare providers in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases based on imaging results.
  • Occasionally interact with patients to explain imaging procedures, if necessary.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including oncologists, surgeons, internists, and other specialists in a breast tumor board.
  • Provide real-time consultations during imaging-guided procedures, if needed.
  • Ensure high-quality diagnostic services by adhering to established radiology protocols.
  • Participate in quality control programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • (if applicable) Perform or assist in breast via stereotactic/tomographic, ultrasound and MRI guidance.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain board certification and fulfill continuing education requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate of four-year U.S. Medical School or equivalent. Residency completed in Radiology.
  • Current BLS from the American Heart Association (recertification provided).
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology.
  • Unrestricted Oregon license or ability to obtain prior to start date. Assistance provided for obtaining license with licensing expenses covered.
  • Proficiency in general radiology modalities (X-ray, MRI, CT, ultrasound, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey findings effectively to medical staff.
  • Ability to handle high caseloads efficiently while maintaining accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a variety of imaging procedures across multiple disciplines.
  • Familiarity with PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems) and other radiology information systems.
  • Women's Imaging Fellowship or previous breast imaging experience.

Compensation

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $442,500 - $748,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
