Radiologist - General / Breast Imaging
About the role
The Southeast Permanente Medical Group (TSPMG) is seeking a full- or part-time BE/BC radiologist to join their team of 20 semi-specialized radiologists and 3 physician assistants. The primary goal is to recruit colleagues with strong interpersonal skills motivated to provide patient-centered care. All interested candidates should apply regardless of subspecialty background. They are particularly focused on growing breast imaging and are looking for an ideal candidate with fellowship training or commensurate experience in multimodality breast imaging and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care to Kaiser Permanente members through an outpatient and urgent care imaging practice.
- Work in an integrated practice with a stimulating and rewarding work environment, offering excellent opportunities for interdepartmental collaboration and leadership roles.
- Manage a mix of weekday and weekend shifts, including evenings and weekends, with compensatory weekdays off for weekend shifts.
- Participate in a fixed compensation model at the start, transitioning to a pay-for-performance model within 1-2 years.
- Be placed on the shareholder track and have the option to work from home for non-patient-facing work.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Radiology (ABR) and MSK fellowship
- Currently licensed or able to obtain licenses in the State of Georgia
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in multimodality breast imaging and procedures
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, physician-led multi-specialty medical group
- Willingness to work a mix of weekday and weekend shifts, including evenings and weekends
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload
- Experience with teleradiology

Pay
Fixed compensation at the start, transitioning to a pay-for-performance model within 1-2 years.
Schedule
Average 70 work RVUs per shift, with weekday shifts being modality/subspecialty oriented and evening and weekend shifts being general.
