Radiologist

About the Role

Columbia Memorial Hospital (CMH), in collaboration with Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU), is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible, fellowship-trained, MQSA-certified Radiologist to join the Diagnostic Radiology Department in Astoria, Oregon. This is a Clinical Associate position offering the opportunity to practice general radiology in a small community hospital on the northern Oregon coast.

CMH is a full-service, critical access, not-for-profit, Planetree-Certified hospital with a collaborative relationship with OHSU. This partnership integrates academic and rural medicine, benefiting coastal communities through collaborations in cancer care, cardiology, emergency medicine, general surgery, urology, endocrinology, podiatry, orthopedics, women’s health, pediatrics, primary care, and radiology. CMH was named the Outstanding Rural Health Organization for 2024 by the National Rural Health Organization (NRHO).

Responsibilities

• Perform general radiology duties across all modalities and interventional procedures.
• Utilize Powerscribe 360 and Phillips iSite for PACS, Phillips for ultrasound and interventional equipment.
• Work with 1.5T and 3.0T MRI scanners.

Requirements

• ABR board-certifying eligible after passing the ABR Core Exam and completion of an ACGME-accredited residency.
• International Medical Graduates eligible with a valid ECFMG certificate, completion of an ACGME-accredited residency, and ABR Core Exam, or board-eligible through the ABR IMG Alternate Pathway program.
• MQSA certification required.
