About the Role
The Clinical Coordinator plans, coordinates, facilitates, administers, and monitors activities on behalf of the academic program in collaboration with academic and clinical faculty. These activities ensure the quality of students' learning experiences during clinical education.
Responsibilities
- Assists with the development and assessment of the clinical education component of the curriculum alongside the Program Director.
- Coordinates and implements the clinical education component of the curriculum, including site placements, site visits, and evaluation.
- Facilitates students' clinical education.
- Ensures compliance of the clinical education program.
Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 years of clinical practice experience in the professional discipline.
- Proficient in curriculum development, supervision, instruction, evaluation, and academic advising.
- Documents one year of experience as an instructor in a JRCERT-accredited program.
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification and registration, or equivalent, in radiography.
