Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Radiologic Technologist to produce high-quality diagnostic X-ray images that support accurate physician interpretation.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray examinations in accordance with departmental protocols and quality standards.
- Operate Siemens X-ray imaging equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure patient safety by following radiation protection principles and established imaging procedures.
- Verify patient identity, explain imaging procedures, and provide compassionate patient care throughout the examination process.
- Produce diagnostic-quality images for physician interpretation while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Respond appropriately in emergency situations and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification.
- Support outpatient imaging services and assist with emergency response imaging as needed.
- Maintain effective communication with physicians, patients, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Demonstrate flexibility by working across various imaging locations, shifts, and departmental assignments.
- Participate in on-call coverage and perform additional duties as assigned to ensure efficient patient care and departmental operations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience performing diagnostic X-ray imaging.
- Proficiency operating Siemens imaging equipment.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of patient care.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Radiologic Technologist or CT Technologist.
- Experience working in outpatient and emergency response imaging environments.

Schedule
- This position requires scheduling flexibility based on departmental needs, including:
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Evening Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Weekend Coverage: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (approximately once per month)
- On-Call Rotation: Monday through Thursday with a required 20-minute response time for callback
