We are looking for a Cardiac Cath Lab Radiologic Technologist (RT) for an immediate opening in Portland, Oregon.
About the role
You should have 1-2 years of recent experience in your specialty and a willingness to be flexible and adaptable in new environments.
Responsibilities
- Perform cardiac catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician.
- Assist in diagnostic imaging procedures related to cardiology.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
- Adhere to infection control protocols.
Requirements
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
- Experience in cardiac cath lab setting.
- Knowledge of relevant medical terminology and anatomy.
- Excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- Current CPR certification.
- Pass background check and drug screen.
Skills
- Proficiency in operating cardiac cath lab equipment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
